GET ALONE

John 6:15 NKJV
Therefore when Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king, He departed again to the mountain by Himself alone.
Matthew 14:22–23 NKJV
Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there.

Main Idea: We need time alone with God to fulfill all that God has for our lives.

Key Question: Are you regularly spending time alone with God?

1. Alone time with God must be a priority. (v. MT. 14:22-23)

2. Alone time with God must be with purpose. (v. MT. 14:23)

And it happened, as He was alone praying, that His disciples joined Him, and He asked them, saying, “Who do the crowds say that I am?”

3. Alone time with God needs a place. (v. MT. 14:23)
