Hebrews 2:1-4 Angels Gave the Law?

The Books of Hebrews, Galatians and Acts reference angels as being involved in giving of the Law to Moses. Is that true? If so, how was that accomplished? We will also look Hebrews proclaiming how God validates the authenticity of His Word.
